Complete Health Chiropractic & Massage believes that the key to a good, respectful, and long-lasting relationship is clarity and consistency. To ensure that your next appointment is as pleasant and predictable as possible, we would like to give you an overview of our office policies. Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of any upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send out reminders a few weeks before a requested appointment, and we make confirmation calls or emails two weeks before appointments. As well, we send a courtesy reminder the day before all appointments. Although we make every effort to contact you before any appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.

Your appointment and your well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any appointment cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient for you.
